Been trying too send this product back for 8 weeks, not one response,come on service is terrible , make sure you don't have too send it back , they are no help

We inherited a 10 ft trampoline when we bought our house, but it did not have a safety net. We chose this product which does the job. It fits well to the trampoline and feels secure and stable.It took 2 of us about 45 minutes to put together - not difficult but lots of screws to do up!
Unfortunatley one of the butterfly screws in the package was threaded which made it unuseable and also one of the rubber feet was missing for the bottom of one of the support legs. We managed to overcome the problem of the missing bits to enable our daughter to use the trampoline asap, but I would say I was a bit disappointed. Would have given it 5 stars had all the bits been in the box!
