my delivery for this trampoline was quick but the condition it arrived in was awful the cardboard box had been ripped from several places, so the first impressions were not good, secondly when i opened the box it was worse, My trampoline frame looked as though it had been used, as there were alot of little scratches on them, and one of the metal pipe had been damaged that, that it wouldn't connect to the other metal piece (to make the big circle frame of the trampoline), and its a 10 ft trampoline and i was given instruction for a 12ft/14ft trampoline,,, overall it was a nightmare, and i deffo never ever recommend buying from this retailer as the product was a display item, that was sent to me, on a full price,. :(
