Product Overview
This is a premium grade trampoline set made from heavy duty steel tubing galvanised inside and out. The safety enclosure attaches to the trampoline with U bolts for maximum strength and is designed so that there is no loss of jumping area. The enclosure fastens with a zip. Purchased this trampoline for my 3 year old son. Within a month, the net clips had broken off. This was replace straight away. Shortly after this, the stitching came undone on the safety mat covering the springs, please note my son is only THREE!! I was asked to submit photos, did so, only to be told that we had split/torn the fabric! I stood my ground, was asked to return the safety cover (at my expense), the company once again insisted we had split the fabric, I asked for my cover to be returned as I wanted to seek a 2nd opinion, I was told I had to post them a cheque to cover the postage! Eventually after many emails and threatening to contact the company who gave them the safety approval they claim to have, they sent a replacement. After just over a week, I noticed a tear in exactly the same place as the first one. I once again sent photos, only to be told that we had secured the safety mat incorrectly, by wrapping the elastic many times around the frame (the photo clearly shows that it is wrapped and tied only ONCE). I have given up on writing backwards and forwards to this company and getting nowhere! This product is clearly RUBBISH! The safety mat is now torn in all the places where there is a secure strap. I would only recommend this item if you don't plan on actually using it, as it won't last 5 minutes! Leaving the springs exposed is very dangerous for children, for Active Leasure, this is obviously not a concern or priority! All this damage caused by a 3 year old, and on the odd occasion a friend of his of the same age - I THINK NOT! Not a sturdy, secure or safe product!! Don't waste your time, steer clear!!Oh, also just want to add too, there is no way of contacting this company except by email and hoping they reply. My plea for someone to phone me to discuss, for me to actually go to their offices fell on deaf ears!! Disgusting!! Obviously hiding behind their RUBBISH product!
I am now pursuing their Safety accreditation they claim to have! I wonder if its a fake! I am also sending a copy of this to watchdog. From a VERY unhappy customer who has been ripped off!!!!!
